Water conservancy project plays an important role in solving the problem of unbalanced distribution of water re-sources to promote the rapid social and economic development of our country. However, the water conservancy project wil have a negative impact on the ecological system. Therefore, how to ensure that the construction of water conservancy is coordinated with ecological environment is an important res-earch direction of this paper.
