This paper, through the prediction of impact asses-sment and the adjacent grade of pipelines (analytic method, empirical analogy method and simplified evaluation method) obtained the results of the risk of construction. Based on this, the author made an establishment of the classification of the control and protection of pipeline and put forward some mat-ters needing at ention in subway excavation process, and the protection methods of the municipal pipeline nearby.
