通过干喷湿纺纺丝工艺制得聚丙烯腈(PAN)初生纤维,采用不同的干燥方法获得 PAN 初生纤维干燥样品,考察对比自然晾干、鼓风干燥和冷冻干燥3种方法分别对样品物理特征、表面形貌和内部结构的影响.3种干燥方法均会使初生纤维样品发生收缩,样品截面积和长度均减小,但是变化程度不同.并且3种干燥方法对PAN初生纤维表面形貌、结晶特征、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)残留量以及孔结构产生不同的影响.结果表明冷冻干燥对 PAN 初生纤维的影响最小,可以有效的保留 PAN 初生纤维的原始结构,可用于制备聚丙烯腈初生纤维干燥样品.
通過榦噴濕紡紡絲工藝製得聚丙烯腈(PAN)初生纖維,採用不同的榦燥方法穫得 PAN 初生纖維榦燥樣品,攷察對比自然晾榦、鼓風榦燥和冷凍榦燥3種方法分彆對樣品物理特徵、錶麵形貌和內部結構的影響.3種榦燥方法均會使初生纖維樣品髮生收縮,樣品截麵積和長度均減小,但是變化程度不同.併且3種榦燥方法對PAN初生纖維錶麵形貌、結晶特徵、二甲基亞砜(DMSO)殘留量以及孔結構產生不同的影響.結果錶明冷凍榦燥對 PAN 初生纖維的影響最小,可以有效的保留 PAN 初生纖維的原始結構,可用于製備聚丙烯腈初生纖維榦燥樣品.

Polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-spun fibers are obtained by dry jet wet spinning process,different drying methods are used to obtain PAN nascent fibers dried samples.Then studied the effect on physical characteris-tics,surface morphology and internal structure of three methods by contrasting natural drying,air forced dr-ying and freeze-drying.Three methods all caused shrinkage on the nascent fiber samples,cross-sectional area and length of samples were reduced,but with different degree of change.And three drying methods have differ-ent effects on the morphology of the surface of the nascent fiber PAN,crystallization characteristics,the a-mount of residual dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO),and pore structure.The results show that the impact of freeze drying on PAN nascent fibers are minimum,and it can effectively preserve the original structure of PAN nas-cent fibers spun fibers,so it can be used for sample preparation for testing.
