设计了一种能够实时精确监测水电站、泵站闸门运行位置的现场智能仪表。该仪器能利用绝对值传感器监测传感器拉绳的长度,并经过计算转换成闸门的实际开度,通过4~20 mA电流输出、开关量输出等多种方式将位置信息传到控制系统。实际运行情况证明,开度仪的按键输入和LED显示提供给了用户良好的人机控制界面,能够实时显示闸门的运行状况。

The gate of hydropower station and pumping station is the key equipment of water hydraulic system, and the oper-ating environment of these equipments is relatively bad.In order to monitor the real-time running position of the gate, a kind of intelligent instrument is developed to measure the length of the rope by using absolute sensors, and the actual open-ing degree of the gate is also calculated, finally, the location information will be transmitted to the control system by a vari-ety of ways, such as 4~20 ma current output, digital output, etc.The actual operation of the keyboard and LED proves that this instrument is stable, reliable and also simple debugging.
