传统中心孔的加工工艺不利于企业大批量加工生产。据此设计了在车床上快速加工中心孔的专用夹具,其结构简单、夹紧可靠,操作方便、快速,可减轻工人的劳动强度。具有较强的人性化效果和达到降低生产成本的目的。加工测试对比表明,新加工工艺降低劳动强度、生产率高,可减少辅助工时,有效提高劳动生产率。

The processing techniques of traditional center hole is inadaptable for mass product.A special jig on a lathe ma-chining for center hole is designed, and the structure and use of the fixture is also introduced, which is in simple structure and reliable clamping.The advantages of the center hole machining process is revamped and comparative tests are pro-cessed .The new process reduces the labor intensity and production costs, which is considerably user-friendly with high pro-ductivity.
