随着我国城市化进程的加快，也推动了建筑行业的发展。由于建筑成本，以及土地流转价格的提高加上土地资源的紧缺型，导致现在的建筑正往高层发展。高层化的建筑与低层相比起来，施工的难度及其工艺都有所不同。本文主要从高层建筑的施工特点出发，总结出了高层建筑施工的一些要点，也为同行提供了一些参考与借鉴。

Along with the acceleration of urbanization in our country, the development of the construction industry has also been promoted. Because of the increasing of construction cost, and the rising of the price of land transfer and the shortage of land resources, high-rise buildings have become the main ch-ose. The high–rise buildings are different from the low-layer buildings in construction difficulty and processes. This paper mainly started from the construction features of the high-rise building, summarizing some key points in the construction of high rise buildings for reference.
