The construction site is a major component part of project management, which occupies an important position in engineering management. Engineering construction site mana-gement refers to the scientific and effective management on the construction site under specific circumstances, so as to inc-rease the economic efficiency of enterprises. This paper aims at discussing the innovation measures of construction site pr-oject management, so as to improve the quality of the project.
