受特高压直流送电容量大、多直流密集落点以及负荷高密度分布等因素影响,受端电压稳定问题已成为威胁电网安全稳定运行和制约负荷接纳能力的重要因素之一。通过逆变器准稳态模型,解析其无功消耗与送电有功间的强关联特征;通过时域仿真,明晰逆变器无功消耗与容性补偿器无功出力动态差异,明确该差异可使逆变站成为动态无功源,即直流有功回降后逆变站可向交流电网注入动态无功。在此基础上,提出改善受端电网电压稳定性的直流紧急控制启动判据和撤销判据,以及具备在线应用前景的基于逆变站换流母线电压受扰轨迹的直流紧急控制策略。呼盟—豫西±800 kV/8000 MW 特高压直流受端电网大扰动时域仿真结果,证实了所提控制策略是提升受端电网电压稳定性和规避切负荷的经济有效措施。

Due to the transmission capacity of ultra high-voltage direct current (UHVDC) increasing, intensive HVDC inverter stations located and load high-density accessing, voltage stability has become one of the important factors of threating to the security and restricting the ability to accept loads for the receiving end power grid. In this paper, the relationship between reactive power and active power was analyzed based on the quasi-steady-state analytical equations of inverter firstly. Time domain simulations show the dynamic difference between inverter consumption and capacitor bank exportation of the capacitive reactive power, so the inverter station can be as dynamic reactive power source to improve the voltage stability of the receiving end power grid by HVDC power backing down. The start criterion and the revocation criterion of HVDC emergency power control were put forward, and based on the disturbed trajectory of commutation bus voltage at inverter station, the control strategy with online application prospects was also proposed. Large disturbance time-domain simulation results got from the receiving end power grid of Humeng-Yuxi ±800 kV/8 000 MW UHVDC transmission system verified the recommended control strategy is a cost-effective measure to enhance the voltage stability level and to circumvent load shedding.
