风电随机性对电力系统安全、经济运行产生深远影响。该文在日前框架下,利用随机优化理论建立考虑辅助服务市场的电力系统动态经济调度模型。该模型除计及常规机组约束、风速预测误差与网络安全约束外,还将系统备用容量需求分解为自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)容量与事故备用容量,考虑2类备用容量运行约束,并将两者购买成本分别计入目标函数,在得到发电机最优出力计划的同时,实现2类备用容量在各机组间的分时段优化分配。采用基于Bootstrap估计的样本平均值方法确定随机变量置信区间以避免复杂的卷积计算,将原问题分解为确定性非线性优化问题和解校验2部分,利用序列二次规划法求解后运用随机模拟方法进行线路潮流约束校验,并依校验结果调整约束条件重新求解。含风电场的IEEE 6机30节点、54机118节点算例验证了模型的正确性和算法的有效性。

The randomicity of wind power brings so many impacts on safe and economic operation of power system. This paper proposed a dynamic economic dispatch model considering the influence of ancillary service market. The model accounted for the optimal scheduling for reserve besides conventional constraints. The whole reserve demand was decomposed into automatic generation control (AGC) reserve and emergency reserve, whose regulation range and cost were added to the model. A sample average algorithm was used to transform the chance constraints into deterministic ones to avoid complex convolution operation based on Bootstrap test. The corresponding deterministic nonlinear programming was solved with the sequential quadratic programming (SQP) method. The solution was tested with random experiment, and the constraints were adjusted based on in turn. Correctness and effectiveness of the proposed techniques are illustrated in IEEE 30 and 118 systems with wind farms respectively.
