为了建立广州港现行环境下的风险评估方法,应用贝叶斯准则推理,建立了风险评估的贝叶斯模型和广州港的风险矩阵,对广州港2010—2012船舶航行风险进行了评估和预测,结果显示,广州港的风险率为万分之8~12,广州港的航行风险处于安全的水平。
為瞭建立廣州港現行環境下的風險評估方法,應用貝葉斯準則推理,建立瞭風險評估的貝葉斯模型和廣州港的風險矩陣,對廣州港2010—2012船舶航行風險進行瞭評估和預測,結果顯示,廣州港的風險率為萬分之8~12,廣州港的航行風險處于安全的水平。

In order to establish a risk assessment method of the current environment of Guangzhou port, the application of bayesian rule reasoning,the risk assessment of the bayesian model and risk matrix,Guangzhou port of the risk of Guangzhou port from 2010 to 2012 ships sailing were evaluated and predicted that, according to the results of the risk rate was 8~12 over ten thousand,Guangzhou port of the Guangzhou port of the navigation risk at safe levels.
