对成都市生活垃圾中典型可燃组分进行热解气化特性试验,根据TG、 DTG曲线描述了各组分的热解气化特性,并阐释各组分在反应温度区间内影响失重的原因。通过所选取的反应机理函数拟合实验结果得出了反应动力学参数,并将试验结果与计算值比较,结果表明各组分有较好的符合性,本文中所选取的反应模型能够准确描述热解气化动力学过程,所获得的热解气化动力学参数能为后续研究提供参考。

In this paper, inverstigation of the pyrolysis characteristics of six typical combustible components of Municipal Solid Waste in Chengdu city is provided. According to TG and DTG curve, the pyrolysis characteristics of each component are described, and the reason of the weight loss in the range of combusting temperatures is explained. By fitting the experimental data with reaction mechanism functions, the kinetic parameters can be obtained, Which are compared with the calculated results, revealing that the experimental data of each of the six components of Municipal Solid Waste has better compliance with the calculated results. The mechanism functions selected in this paper can be used to describe the process of pyrolysis and gasification reaction exactly. The kinetic parameters of pyrolysis and gasification reaction obtained can provide reference for the preceeding researchs.
