点波板式换热器是近年来设计开发的新一代板式换热器,已有文献将其称为微板换热器(MPHE)。本文中建立了点波板式换热器内单相水流动的数值模型,实现了对单相水流动和换热特性的预测。选择5个流道单元作为计算区域,并选用SSTκ-ω模型作为数值模拟的湍流模型。数值模拟的结果显示在流道的两个焊接圆面之间伴有强烈的回流。通过对比实验数据验证了数值模拟的可靠性。努赛尔特数的预测值与实验测试结果的相对误差在±32%之间;范宁摩擦因子f的预测值与实验测试结果的相对误差在±23%之间。

Dimple plate heat exchanger is a new generation of plate heat exchange developed in recent years, and is called as micro plate heat exchanger (MPHE) in some references. The numerical model of the single-phase flow in the dimple plate heat exchanger was developed in this paper, and it realizes the prediction of the flow and heat transfer characteristics. Five cells of the channel were chosen to be the computational domain, and the SST k-w model was employed to simulate the turbulent flow in the channel. The simulated results show that there is a strong recirculation zone between two welded surfaces. The reliability of numerical simulation simulated result was validated by the experimental data comparison. The deviations between the numerical and experimental Nusselt number are within ±32%. The deviations between the numerical and experimental Fanning friction factor f are within ±23%.
