本实验以新鲜的猪主动脉为供体血管,采用真空冷冻干燥的方法对其进行保存,并对新鲜血管和冻干复水血管的力学特性进行比较。结果表明:冻干复水血管的周向拉伸、轴向拉伸及穿刺过程曲线都分别与新鲜血管对应过程曲线的趋势比较接近,说明血管在冻干后结构成分及排列方式没有发生大的改变。研究结果为血管的移植应用提供必要的基础数据。
本實驗以新鮮的豬主動脈為供體血管,採用真空冷凍榦燥的方法對其進行保存,併對新鮮血管和凍榦複水血管的力學特性進行比較。結果錶明:凍榦複水血管的週嚮拉伸、軸嚮拉伸及穿刺過程麯線都分彆與新鮮血管對應過程麯線的趨勢比較接近,說明血管在凍榦後結構成分及排列方式沒有髮生大的改變。研究結果為血管的移植應用提供必要的基礎數據。
본실험이신선적저주동맥위공체혈관,채용진공냉동간조적방법대기진행보존,병대신선혈관화동간복수혈관적역학특성진행비교。결과표명:동간복수혈관적주향랍신、축향랍신급천자과정곡선도분별여신선혈관대응과정곡선적추세비교접근,설명혈관재동간후결구성분급배렬방식몰유발생대적개변。연구결과위혈관적이식응용제공필요적기출수거。
In this paper, fresh porcine aortas are used as donor blood vessels for experiment. The method of vacuum freeze drying to save vessels is adopted, and the mechanics characteristics of fresh vessels and rehydration vessels are compared. The results show that, rehydration vessels are close to the fresh ones in curve trends of three main processes:circumferential tension, axial tension and puncture, which suggests that there is no significant change in vessel structure composition and arrangement before and after freeze drying. The research result can provide the necessary foundation data for vessel transplantation application.
