拉卜楞镇地处甘南藏族自治州，属于青藏高原和黄土高原交界地，人口少、分布广，生产水平较低，交通不便，获得的信息量少，经济自给性、地方封闭性的影响较为强烈，这种环境影响产生出来的体育文化，常带有很强的地域性。拉卜楞镇藏族传统体育产生于远古劳动，之后又受部落、种族战争等因素的影响。本论文通过对甘南州夏河县拉卜楞镇传统体育的价值研究，旨在进一步推进藏族地区传统体育文化的发展，挖掘藏族传统体育的价值，加强藏民族地区社会稳定，具有重要的意义。

Labrang town is located in the Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture,belongs to the qinghai -tibet plateau and the loess plateau, less population, wide distribution, the low level of production, traffic inconvenience,get less amount of information,the subsistence economy,local closure is relatively strong,the influence of the environmental impact produced sports culture,often with a strong regional.Labrang town produced in ancient Tibetan traditional sports work,and then by the tribe,the influence of factors such as race war.This paper,by means of Gannan town was Labrang town,the value of traditional sports research,aims to further promote the development of Tibetan traditional sports culture,excavate the value of Tibetan traditional sports,and strengthen the Tibetan nationality area social stability.It has the vital significance.
