通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、专家访谈法等研究方法，对桂林旅游高等专科学校棒球队建设和训练管理进行调查研究，研究表明该队在建设与管理取得可喜成绩的同时，仍然存在一些不足；本文从师资队伍建设、球队管理、运动员选拔、运动员培养、经费管理、场馆建设、学校机制进行探讨，为我国普通高校棒球队建设和管理提供一些参考借鉴资料。
通過文獻資料法、問捲調查法、實地攷察法、專傢訪談法等研究方法，對桂林旅遊高等專科學校棒毬隊建設和訓練管理進行調查研究，研究錶明該隊在建設與管理取得可喜成績的同時，仍然存在一些不足；本文從師資隊伍建設、毬隊管理、運動員選拔、運動員培養、經費管理、場館建設、學校機製進行探討，為我國普通高校棒毬隊建設和管理提供一些參攷藉鑒資料。
통과문헌자료법、문권조사법、실지고찰법、전가방담법등연구방법，대계림여유고등전과학교봉구대건설화훈련관리진행조사연구，연구표명해대재건설여관리취득가희성적적동시，잉연존재일사불족；본문종사자대오건설、구대관리、운동원선발、운동원배양、경비관리、장관건설、학교궤제진행탐토，위아국보통고교봉구대건설화관리제공일사삼고차감자료。
The thesis shows that the team gained great achievements in the construction and management on the investigation of baseball team building and training management in Guilin Institute of Tourism,by using the methods of literature,questionnaires,on -the -spot investigations,expert interviews and other research methods. There are still some deficiencies in this study.The paper tries to provide some reference data for the colleges and universities in China baseball team construction and management,from the construction of teacher team,team management,the athletes training and selection,funds management,venue construction,and school mechanism.
