运用专家访谈法、问卷调查法等，对新背景下中学体育教师人际关系的特征，从不同角度、不同层次进行了调查研究。结果表明：新背景下中学体育教师人际关系总体一般；中学体育教师人际关系随着年龄的增长呈现出先下降再上升的趋势；中学体育教师人际关系在性别上不存在显著性差异；不同职称、不同职务的中学体育教师的人际关系存在着显著性的差异。
운용전가방담법、문권조사법등，대신배경하중학체육교사인제관계적특정，종불동각도、불동층차진행료조사연구。결과표명：신배경하중학체육교사인제관계총체일반；중학체육교사인제관계수착년령적증장정현출선하강재상승적추세；중학체육교사인제관계재성별상불존재현저성차이；불동직칭、불동직무적중학체육교사적인제관계존재착현저성적차이。
Through using the method of expert interview and questionnaire,this paper makes investigation on interpersonal relationship characteristics of middle school physical education teachers from the different angle and level under the new background.The result shows that the general relationship of middle school physical education teachers is just normal under new background. Middle school physical education teachers 'interpersonal relationship as the growth of the age presents the first decline in the rising trend again.Middle school physical education teachers'interpersonal relationship does not exist significant differences in gender.Different titles and different position of middle school physical education teachers relationships exist significant differences.
