目的:分析乳腺癌组织中Pirh2和Naked2的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:随机选取在2011年1月—2013年12月期间收治的96例乳腺癌标本作为观察组,同时选取癌旁组织作为对照组,应用免疫组织化学方法对Pirh2和Naked2表达情况进行检测,分析Pirh2和Naked2表达与乳腺癌病理分级的关系及Pirh2和Naked2两者的相关性。结果:Pirh2在乳腺癌组织中高表达,癌旁组织中低表达,Naked2在乳腺癌组织中低表达,癌旁组织中高表达(P<0.05);年龄、肿瘤大小与癌中Pirh2和Naked2的表达无关(P>0.05);肿瘤病理分级和淋巴结转移与Pirh2和Naked2的表达相关(P<0.05);Pirh2和Naked2的表达呈负相关。结论:Pirh2和Naked2对乳腺癌的生物学行为的判断及预后有一定的提示作用。

목적:분석유선암조직중Pirh2화Naked2적표체정황급기림상의의。방법:수궤선취재2011년1월—2013년12월기간수치적96례유선암표본작위관찰조,동시선취암방조직작위대조조,응용면역조직화학방법대Pirh2화Naked2표체정황진행검측,분석Pirh2화Naked2표체여유선암병리분급적관계급Pirh2화Naked2량자적상관성。결과:Pirh2재유선암조직중고표체,암방조직중저표체,Naked2재유선암조직중저표체,암방조직중고표체(P<0.05);년령、종류대소여암중Pirh2화Naked2적표체무관(P>0.05);종류병리분급화림파결전이여Pirh2화Naked2적표체상관(P<0.05);Pirh2화Naked2적표체정부상관。결론:Pirh2화Naked2대유선암적생물학행위적판단급예후유일정적제시작용。
Objective:To analyze the expression and clinical significance of Pirh2 and Naked2 in breast cancer. Methods:98 breast cancer specimens from Jan.2011 to Dec.2013 were randomly selected as the observation group , while the adjacent tis-sues were selected as a control group. The immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of Pirh2 and Naked2 in 96 breast cancer cases, analyze the pathology character, and then detect the relationship between them. Results:Pirh2 was highly expressed in breast cancer, lowly expressed in adjacent tissues. However Naked2 was lowly expressed in breast cancer tissues, highly expressed in adjacent tissues, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Age and tumor size were no significant difference between Pirh2 and Naked2 expression ( P>0 . 05 ) . Pirh2 and Naked2 were correlated with tumor grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). The expression of Pirh2 and Naked2 in breast cancer tissue was negative(P<0.05). Conclusion:Pirh2 and Naked2 has an important role in the breast cancer and has suggestive action in biological behavior and prognosis of breast cancer.
