目的:通过对Ski相关蛋白(Ski-interacting protein,SKIP)在乳腺癌中的研究,讨论其与乳腺癌发生发展的关系及其对乳腺癌患者预后判断的意义。方法:收集90例住院患者乳腺癌及癌旁组织,免疫组织化学法测定SKIP的表达水平,结合临床病理资料,分析其在乳腺癌中的意义。结果:SKIP在乳腺癌中高表达,且SKIP的表达与乳腺癌的组织分化程度(P=0.01),雌激素受体(P=0.024)及孕激素受体(P=0.046)有关,与其他临床病理参数无关。而乳腺癌中Ki-67的表达与SKIP结果相似。相关性分析表明乳腺癌组织中SKIP的表达与Ki-67的表达呈正相关(r=0.585,P=0.004)。多因素分析发现:组织分化程度、Ki-67和SKIP的表达与患者的总生存率均有明显的相关性。结论:SKIP是一个新发现的乳腺癌相关蛋白,在评估乳腺癌的侵袭和转移潜能中起重要作用,还可成为乳腺癌的一个潜在的治疗靶点。

목적:통과대Ski상관단백(Ski-interacting protein,SKIP)재유선암중적연구,토론기여유선암발생발전적관계급기대유선암환자예후판단적의의。방법:수집90례주원환자유선암급암방조직,면역조직화학법측정SKIP적표체수평,결합림상병리자료,분석기재유선암중적의의。결과:SKIP재유선암중고표체,차SKIP적표체여유선암적조직분화정도(P=0.01),자격소수체(P=0.024)급잉격소수체(P=0.046)유관,여기타림상병리삼수무관。이유선암중Ki-67적표체여SKIP결과상사。상관성분석표명유선암조직중SKIP적표체여Ki-67적표체정정상관(r=0.585,P=0.004)。다인소분석발현:조직분화정도、Ki-67화SKIP적표체여환자적총생존솔균유명현적상관성。결론:SKIP시일개신발현적유선암상관단백,재평고유선암적침습화전이잠능중기중요작용,환가성위유선암적일개잠재적치료파점。
Objective:Through the research to examine the expression of the Ski-interacting protein(SKIP) in breast cancer, its relationship with the occurrence and development of breast cancer and its prognostic significance in patients with breast cancer was discussed. Methods:Immunohistochemical analysis was performed in 90 human breast carcinoma samples and the adjacent normal tissues for detecting the expression of SKIP. Then the data were correlated with clinicopathological features to analyze its significance in breast cancer. Results: SKIP was highly expressed in breast carcinoma tissues compared with the adjacent normal tissues. SKIP expression was significantly associated with histologic grade(P=0.01), ER status(P=0.024) and PR status(P=0.046), but there was no correlation between SKIP expression and other factors. Meanwhile Ki-67 expression obtained similar results. There was also a marked correlation between SKIP and Ki-67 expression(r=0.585, P=0.004). Multi-ariable analysis found that tissue differentiation degree , the expression of Ki-67 and SKIP had obvious correlation with the overall survival of patients. Conclusion: SKIP is a novel breast cancer associated protein which may play an important role in evaluating invasion and metastatic potentiality in breast cancer. SKIP may serve as a potential therapeutic strategy for breast cancer.
