为了探讨HFC-161在小型家用空调上应用的可能性,首先进行了HFC-161、R22及R290制冷剂物性对比及热力循环计算,结果表明HFC-161较R290具有更好的系统性能优势。采用HFC-161直接替换R22的整机测试结果表明,HFC-161系统最佳充注量仅为R22系统的57%,变工况条件下制冷量减少5.1%~11%,制热量减少4.9%~8.1%;制冷能效比提高1.5%~10%,制热能效比提高5%~5.4%,排气温度低约(0.5~5)℃。

In order to investigate the feasibility of HFC-161 applied in residential air conditioner, the thermodynamic performance of HFC-161, R22 and R290 were compared and theoretical thermodynamic cycle simulation under various operating condition was programmed firstly. The simulation result showed that HFC-161 system has superior performance than R290 system. The drop-in test results showed that, the optimized charge for HFC-161 system was only 57% of that for R22 system, and the cooling capacity reduced 5.1%~11% and the heating capacity reduced 4.9%~8.1%; the EER increased 1.5%~10% and COP increased 5%~5.4%, and the discharge temperature reduced (0.5~5)℃.
