目的：通过临床观察和X 线测量评估上颌窦内提升术同期植入短种植体的临床观察。方法45例患者接受上颌窦内提升术，同期植入60枚Bicon短种植体（60枚种植体都小于或等于8mm），术后3个月进行种植义齿修复，术后3个月到3年进行临床及X 线检查随访。结果种植体术后3年成功率为100%，种植体稳定且能负担固定修复体的咬合。 X 线片显示所有种植体底部及周围均有硬组织包绕，且牙槽嵴顶水平稳定，垂直骨吸收量<1 mm。结论上颌窦内提升术同期植入短种植体能减少术后反应，近期取得较好的临床效果，扩大了上颌后牙区骨量不足的种植适应证范围。

목적：통과림상관찰화X 선측량평고상합두내제승술동기식입단충식체적림상관찰。방법45례환자접수상합두내제승술，동기식입60매Bicon단충식체（60매충식체도소우혹등우8mm），술후3개월진행충식의치수복，술후3개월도3년진행림상급X 선검사수방。결과충식체술후3년성공솔위100%，충식체은정차능부담고정수복체적교합。 X 선편현시소유충식체저부급주위균유경조직포요，차아조척정수평은정，수직골흡수량<1 mm。결론상합두내제승술동기식입단충식체능감소술후반응，근기취득교호적림상효과，확대료상합후아구골량불족적충식괄응증범위。
Objective To evaluate the practicability of sinus floor augmentation with concomitant implantation of Bicon short implants. Methods 45 patients received 60 implants protruding into the sinus. 60 implants were 8 mm in length. A healing period of 3months was scheduled. Radiographic evaluation of marginal bone around the implant was performed before and after surgery. The follow-up period was 3years. Results The implants success rate was100%. X-ray examination showed all implants were sur-rounded with hard tissues and the marginal bone around the implants were stable,the vertical quantity of the absorbed bone was less than 1 mm. Conclusion Elevation of the sinus membrane alone with addition of bone graft material is less invasive. Using short implants can also broaden the inclusion criteria which the posterior maxilla bone is not sufficient.
