在国家大力发展农业职业教育难得的机遇下，针对目前全国农机专业招生难，农业专业技术人才匮乏的问题，提出农业职业教育应立足“三农”，及时把握机遇，并以湖南生物机电职业技术学院为例，从办学模式、教学体系、实训基地和师资建设、评价激励机制方面进行了专业建设改革方向的探索与实践。

재국가대력발전농업직업교육난득적궤우하，침대목전전국농궤전업초생난，농업전업기술인재궤핍적문제，제출농업직업교육응립족“삼농”，급시파악궤우，병이호남생물궤전직업기술학원위례，종판학모식、교학체계、실훈기지화사자건설、평개격려궤제방면진행료전업건설개혁방향적탐색여실천。
Facing such a rare opportunity that our country is vigorously developing agricultural vocational education, based on difficulty in enrolling students in agricultural machinery major nationwide and shortage of professional and technical personnel of agricultural major, this paper put forward that agricultural vocational education should set the base on "three rural", timely grasp opportunities, took Hunan biological mechanical and electrical vocational and technical college as an example, explorations and practices were made in direction of professional construction reform. from the school-running pattern, teaching system, prac-tice base, and construction teaching staff, and evaluation of the incentive mechanism.
