随着高校越来越重视其研究生培养的质量，一套科学可行的研究生生源质量评价体系对于高校在确定目标生源，实现研究生教育良性和可持续发展等方面具有指导性的作用。文章在分析研究生生源质量评价指标体系存在的问题的基础上，分别从学校、学位点和导师三个研究生培养责任人的角度，认知研究生生源质量的内涵，尝试性地探索研究生生源质量评价指标体系的构建。

With the more and more attention to the quality of graduate education in colleges and universities, a set of scien-tific and feasible evaluation system of graduate students plays a guide role in determining the students source, realizing the be-nign and sustainable development of graduate education. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the graduate matricu-lating quality evaluation index system, it acknowledged the connotation of graduate matriculate quality and tried to explore the construction of graduate matriculate quality evaluation index system respectively from the school, enrollments and mentor the An-gle of the person in charge of graduate education in three aspects.
