目的:探讨低温沐舒坦药液进行雾化吸入对甲状腺术后出血及呼吸道并发症的疗效。方法采用临床随机对照试验方法,将208例甲状腺术后患者用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。每组各104例。观察组用4~8℃的低温沐舒坦药液+地塞米松+0.9%NS 进行超声雾化吸入,对照组用常温药液进行超声雾化吸入,观察对比两组患者术后伤口出血引流量及引流管留置时间,咽部不适、喉部水肿等呼吸道并发症,3~7天评估疗效。结果观察组术后出血、并发症的减少明显优于对照组(p<0.05)两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论低温药液进行雾化吸入能有效减少甲状腺术后并发症的发生,提高术后的舒适度。此操作方便、安全、有效、患者容易接受,值得临床推广和应用。

목적:탐토저온목서탄약액진행무화흡입대갑상선술후출혈급호흡도병발증적료효。방법채용림상수궤대조시험방법,장208례갑상선술후환자용수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조。매조각104례。관찰조용4~8℃적저온목서탄약액+지새미송+0.9%NS 진행초성무화흡입,대조조용상온약액진행초성무화흡입,관찰대비량조환자술후상구출혈인류량급인류관류치시간,인부불괄、후부수종등호흡도병발증,3~7천평고료효。결과관찰조술후출혈、병발증적감소명현우우대조조(p<0.05)량조비교차이유통계학의의。결론저온약액진행무화흡입능유효감소갑상선술후병발증적발생,제고술후적서괄도。차조작방편、안전、유효、환자용역접수,치득림상추엄화응용。
To explore the efficacy of liquid Mucosolvan cryogenic aerosol inhalation to the bleeding and respiratory complications after thyroid surgery. A total of 208 patients receiving the thyriod surgery were divided equally into observation group and control group with random number table method, The observation group used 4~8℃ low-temperature liquid Mucosolvan + dexamethasone + 0.9%NS in Ultrasonic atomization inhalation. The control group used normal-temperature liquid medicine in Ultrasonic atomization inhalation. Observing and comparing the hemorrhage drainage and drainage tube indwelling time, pharyngeal discomfort, laryngeal edema and other respiratory complications after surgery of patients in two groups. Evaluating after curative effection 3~7days. Postoperative bleeding, complications of the observation group were obviously less than that of the control group (p<0.05). There was statistically significant difference between two groups. Cryogenic liquid atomization inhalation can effectively reduce thyroid surgery complications and improve postoperative comfort. This operation is convenient, safe, effective and highly susceptible for patients. It is worth to be popularized.
