随着我国科学技术水平不断提高,各个产业都在朝着自动化、信息化的方向发展,在如此激烈的竞争下,只有不断地对产品进行更新和优化,才能适应当下的市场环境,机械产品作为我国各个行业的基础,质量问题应该引起我们的重视,传统的加工方法已经无法满足当代高精度、高规格的要求,为了能够更好的提高机械产品的标准和质量,结构优化技术被应用在了机械产品的设计过程中,因为,文章将对结构优化技术的优化层次和一般设计过程进行分析,对机械产品设计结构优化技术的应用策略进行探究,希望能够起到抛砖引玉的作用,加快结构优化技术在机械产品设计过程中应用进程。

Along with the contiouously improvement of the level of national science and technology, various industries are de-veloping in the direction of automation, informationization, under the circumstance of such fierce competition, it would be impos-sibile to adapt to the current market environment without constant updating and optimization of products , mechanical products are the bases of various industries in our country, we should pay attention to the issue of quality,Now, the traditional peocessing methods have become unable to meet the requirements of high precision, high specification, in order to do well in improving the quality and standards of mechanical product, and structural optimization technique is applied in the process of the design of me-chanical products, since the paper would analyze the optimization level of structural optimization technique and the general de-sign process, and explore application strategies of the structural optimization technique od mechnical product design, hoping to cast a brick to attract a jade and quicken the pace of application process of structural optimization technology in mechanical product designs.
