趋化因子在恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、肿瘤微环境形成及抗肿瘤免疫中发挥了重要作用。新的趋化因子CXCL16及其受体 CXCR6正日益受到关注。研究发现 CXCL16/CXCR6在多种人类恶性肿瘤中高表达,在多数肿瘤中可促进肿瘤的生长、转移和复发,但在有些肿瘤中却作用相反。此外,CXCL16/CXCR6还可通过诱导CD4+/CD8+T 细胞、自然杀伤细胞等免疫细胞参与抗肿瘤免疫以及肿瘤微环境的形成。明确 CXCL16/CXCR6在肿瘤中的作用及其分子机制将有助于抗肿瘤研究的深入。

Chemokines play important roles in the progressing of malignancies, such as carcinogenesis, development, metastasis, formation of tumor microenvironment and anti-tumor immunity. A recently founded chemokine CXC chemokine ligand 16 (CXCL16)and its receptor CXCR6 are receiving increasing attention. It was reported that CXCL16/CXCR6 were over-expressed in many malignancies, could stimulate growth, metastasis and recurrence in some tumors, while played opposite role in others. Moreover, CXCL16/CXCR6 were involved in the formation of tumor microenvironment and stimulate anti-tumor immunity by inducing immune cells, such as CD4+/CD8+ T lymphocyte, NK lymphocyte and so on. Further defining the roles and related molecular mechanisms of CXCL16/CXCR6 in malignancies would be helpful to promote the anti-tumor study.
