学界对改革开放以来中共三代领导集体核心———邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛法律思想的研究主要集中在对其历史地位、历史意义、基本内容、基本特征及形成过程的概括和总结上，对三者的相互关系、它们对中国法制建设的影响及三者在中国特色社会主义法制思想形成过程中所做出的历史贡献缺乏整体性研究，需要今后进一步深入探讨。
學界對改革開放以來中共三代領導集體覈心———鄧小平、江澤民、鬍錦濤法律思想的研究主要集中在對其歷史地位、歷史意義、基本內容、基本特徵及形成過程的概括和總結上，對三者的相互關繫、它們對中國法製建設的影響及三者在中國特色社會主義法製思想形成過程中所做齣的歷史貢獻缺乏整體性研究，需要今後進一步深入探討。
학계대개혁개방이래중공삼대령도집체핵심———산소평、강택민、호금도법률사상적연구주요집중재대기역사지위、역사의의、기본내용、기본특정급형성과정적개괄화총결상，대삼자적상호관계、타문대중국법제건설적영향급삼자재중국특색사회주의법제사상형성과정중소주출적역사공헌결핍정체성연구，수요금후진일보심입탐토。
Scholars’ research of the three generation of the CPC collective leadership core———Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao’ s legal thought mainly concentrated on its historical position,historical significance,basic content,basic characteristics and formation process,but there are lack of overall research of the relation among the three,their influence on China’ s legal system construction and their history contribution in the formation process of the thought of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics,so further in-depth research is neces-sary in the future.
