文中在研读各类水运工程施工企业信用评价相关文件的基础上，结合各地水运工程施工企业信用评价与运用的现状，阐述了目前水运工程施工企业信用评价体系中存在的一些问题，比如：信用评价指标采集范围问题；进行信用评价的合法机构有待商讨；主要人员的个人信用缺乏评价与运用的办法；子公司的信用评价与母公司的信用评价关联问题；信用评价计算公式的问题等。在这些问题的基础上，提出了一些相关建议。

Based on the study of various relevant documents of construction enterprises credit evaluation for port and waterway engineering,combined with the application of credit evaluation,this paper describes some problems of construction enterprises credit system for port and waterway engineering,such as:the problem of credit evaluation indexes collected scope,and discussing the legal institutions to conduct credit evaluation,and lack of the way to evaluate the key personnel,and the related issues of subsidiaries and parent company's credit rating,and the issue of credit rating formulas,and so on.On the basis of these issues,this paper made some suggestions.
