自日本福岛核事故之后，在全世界又掀起了关于核电厂应急的高潮。现有的研究主要集中在核电厂应急管理方案和构建核电厂应急系统等方面的研究，较少涉及物资调度方面的研究。文中结合应急物流的研究方法，对核电厂场外应急食入应急计划区物资调度问题作了探究，给出在严重核电站事故下，食入计划区应急物资调度的方案。

Since the Fukushima nuclear accident,more and more experts devote themselves into nuclear emergency research.Existing research focuses on emergency management scheme for nuclear power plants and construction of nuclear power plant emergency system and other aspects of research,but little research on Material dispatching.This paper combines the research methods of emergency logistics,to the nuclear power plant off -site emergency food supplies into the planning zone scheduling problem were explored,and gives the emergency supplies scheduling scheme in the under severe accident.
