为使救援车辆合理通过多路口路网,及时为灾区送达救援物资。建立针对多路口路网的应急资源分配模型。以元胞传输模型(CTM)为理论基础,最小化延误时间为目标函数。运用网络改造模型(NTC)将传统路网改造为元胞传输路网,通过流量密度关系计算元胞属性,在多路口起点处引入超级起点,建立应急资源分配模型。由计算结果得出救援车辆对于各起点路口的分流计划。分析结果找出分流效率低的起点,避免将应急资源分配至低效率的起点。

In order to make rescue vehicles the multi -origin network and assure the affected area get the numerous emergency supplies in time.A distribution model of emergency goods was built to minimize damage.Based on the theory of the CTM,the distribution model takes the minimum delay as an object function.The conventional node -link network is transformed into the cell -connector network by Network Transformation and Conversion Model.The relationship between traffic flow and density determines the capacity of the cell.The model is built with a virtual super beginning cell adding to all source cell and calculated.The numerical result contributes to an optimal vehicle distribution plan and shows the lowest efficiency source cell.it is helpful for decision -maker to produce the rational scheme and assign the most of traffic flow into the effective cell.
