文中基于 Shapley 值的利益初步分配结果,充分考虑 Supply -Hub 与 Milk -Run 集成模式下利益分配主体的风险承担、努力水平、物流准时化能力三个因素,运用层次分析与模糊综合评价相结合的方法得出一个利益分配综合修正因子,对初步分配结果进行修正得出最终利益分配结果。

Based on the analysis of the existing distribution model and the method of profit distribution,then allocate the interests of the different subjects with a method of Shapley value improved by AHP and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation,which makes the profit distribution more practically,and ensure the implementation of supply chain cooperation and sustainable development. The conclusion of the paper provide ideas and Suggestions to the operation and profit distribution of Supply -Hub and Milk -Run integrated mode Supply chain,and provide reference for assembly manufacturing enterprise to cooperate well with the logistics providers.
