目的:探讨一种孕妇乳母型蛋白质粉的安全性以及对小鼠免疫功能[1]的调节作用,为保健食品合理开发利用提供科学依据。方法根据《保健食品的功能学评价程序和检验方法(2003)》对受试物进行了毒理学安全评价和增强免疫力功能的实验研究。结果受试物急性毒性的MTD大于15g/kgBW,遗传毒性试验结果为阴性,未见受试物对大鼠体重、摄食量、食物利用率、血常规、血生化有生物学意义的影响。受试物能提高小鼠的抗体生成细胞数和血清溶血素水平;促进小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清功能及腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力;促进小鼠的迟发型变态反应;能增强小鼠NK细胞活性。结论受试物属无毒物,无遗传毒性,并具有增强小鼠免疫力功能。

목적:탐토일충잉부유모형단백질분적안전성이급대소서면역공능[1]적조절작용,위보건식품합리개발이용제공과학의거。방법근거《보건식품적공능학평개정서화검험방법(2003)》대수시물진행료독이학안전평개화증강면역력공능적실험연구。결과수시물급성독성적MTD대우15g/kgBW,유전독성시험결과위음성,미견수시물대대서체중、섭식량、식물이용솔、혈상규、혈생화유생물학의의적영향。수시물능제고소서적항체생성세포수화혈청용혈소수평;촉진소서적단핵-거서세포탄곽청공능급복강거서세포적탄서능력;촉진소서적지발형변태반응;능증강소서NK세포활성。결론수시물속무독물,무유전독성,병구유증강소서면역력공능。
Objective To evaluate the safety and modulatory effect on the immune function of a protein powder for pregnant and lactating women,so as to provide scientific support for the reasonable development of the health food. Methods In accordance with Technical Standards for testing and Assessment of Health Food (2003),the toxicological assessment on safety and a series of studies on the immune function of the protein powder were carried out. Results For the acute toxicity,the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) was higher than 15g/kg.BW. No genetic toxicity was observed. There were no adverse effects on body weight,food intake, food consumption,hematology,serum biochemistry. The number of antibody-producing cells and level of serum hemalysin in mice given the sample were increased,carbon clearance capability and function of peritoneal phagocytes were enhanced. The delayed hypersensitivity in the mice was promoted. The activity of NK cells were enhanced. Conclusion The sample belongs to non-toxic substance with no genetic toxicity and can effectively enhance the immune function of mice.
