目的：研究蜂王浆对铅中毒小鼠促排铅的作用。方法口服醋酸铅溶液40mg/L染毒15d，建立铅中毒模型后，灌胃给药不同剂量蜂王浆及阳性对照药物EDTA 30d，原子吸收法测定血液铅含量，观察及统计蜂王浆对铅中毒小鼠血液促排铅作用。结果铅中毒小鼠给药30d，血液中的铅含量明显下降，蜂王浆高剂量组与模型对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论蜂王浆对铅中毒小鼠血铅有较明显的促排作用。
목적：연구봉왕장대연중독소서촉배연적작용。방법구복작산연용액40mg/L염독15d，건립연중독모형후，관위급약불동제량봉왕장급양성대조약물EDTA 30d，원자흡수법측정혈액연함량，관찰급통계봉왕장대연중독소서혈액촉배연작용。결과연중독소서급약30d，혈액중적연함량명현하강，봉왕장고제량조여모형대조조유현저성차이(P<0.01)。결론봉왕장대연중독소서혈연유교명현적촉배작용。
Objective To objective the lead excretion effect of royal jelly on mice. Methods Lead poisoning model was con-structed by lead acetate solution (40mg/L) lavage at the standard of 0.01mL/g weight for 15 days. After the lead exposure ,60 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups treated with royal jelly,EDTA and distilled water respectively for 15 days. Mice weights and lead concentrations were recorded before the lead poisoning,the 16th day and the 31st day. Lead concentrations of tail vein blood were determined by the method of graphite furnace atomic absorption. Results With different treatment,there were significant dif-ferences on the lead content in the blood among Royal jelly group,EDTA group, and distilled water group (P<0.01). Compared to the distilled water group, there were both significant differences in weight of royal jelly group (P<0.05). Conclusion Our data showed royal jelly can promote the excretion of lead.
