目的:探索清肝抑脂汤(QYT)抗慢性肝损伤的保护作用的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型组,阳性药物组,清肝抑脂汤高剂量组,清肝抑脂汤低剂量组。首先建立慢性肝损伤模型,除空白对照组外,其余各组小鼠分别腹腔注射10%CCl4溶液,0.1ml/10g,每周2次,共6周。在建模的同时,各组小鼠分别给予相应的药物治疗。末次给药后次日摘眼球取血,分离血清,检测小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)酶的活性;同时取肝脏,常规病理切片,观察肝组织病理学变化。结果肝组织病理切片显示清肝抑脂汤能改善肝损伤程度;清肝抑脂汤能显著降低小鼠血清ALT(P<0.05,P<0.01)和AST(P<0.05,P<0.01)酶活性。结论清肝抑脂汤能显著降低受试小鼠血清ALT,AST及ALP酶活性,清肝抑脂汤对CCl4所致小鼠慢性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用。

목적:탐색청간억지탕(QYT)항만성간손상적보호작용적영향。방법장소서수궤분위공백대조조,모형조,양성약물조,청간억지탕고제량조,청간억지탕저제량조。수선건립만성간손상모형,제공백대조조외,기여각조소서분별복강주사10%CCl4용액,0.1ml/10g,매주2차,공6주。재건모적동시,각조소서분별급여상응적약물치료。말차급약후차일적안구취혈,분리혈청,검측소서혈청병안산안기전이매(ALT)、천문동안산안기전이매(AST)、감성린산매(ALP)매적활성;동시취간장,상규병리절편,관찰간조직병이학변화。결과간조직병리절편현시청간억지탕능개선간손상정도;청간억지탕능현저강저소서혈청ALT(P<0.05,P<0.01)화AST(P<0.05,P<0.01)매활성。결론청간억지탕능현저강저수시소서혈청ALT,AST급ALP매활성,청간억지탕대CCl4소치소서만성간손상구유명현적보호작용。
Objective To study the protective effect of Qinggan Yizhi Tang (QYT) in treating chronic liver injury. Method Rats were divided into blank control group,model group,positive drug treating group,high dose and low dose of QYT groups. The chronic liver injury model was established by intraperitoneal injecting 10% CCl4 at dose of 0.1ml/10g,twice per week for 6 con-secutive weeks. Rats in treating groups were administrated with appropriate drug by the meantime. After the last dosing,rats were sacrificed by extirpating the eyeballs,ALT,AST and ALP activity were determined in rat serum,the histopathological changes in liver were also observed. Results The liver tissue biopsy indicates that QYT can release the liver damage significantly as well as reducing the ALT (P<0.05,P<0.01) and AST (P<0.05,P<0.01) activity in rat serum. Conclusion QYT can significantly reduce the activity of rat’s serum ALT,AST and ALP,it show obvious protective effect on rat chronic liver injury induced by CCl4.
