通过分析检测干法再造烟叶在制丝工艺过程中化学成分、烟气常规指标、烟气有害成分、致香成分以及感官质量的变化,考察工艺加工对干法再造烟叶品质的影响,为干法再造烟叶在卷烟中的应用提供科学依据。结果表明:经过松散回潮、加料贮叶、增温增湿、烘丝等处理,干法再造烟叶的总糖和还原糖含量有所增加,烟碱含量呈下降趋势;总粒相物、焦油、CO及各有害成分的释放量均呈下降趋势,危害指数降低了4.52%;工艺加工后大部分致香物质的总量略高于加工前,其中烟草中重要的致香成分巨豆三烯酮、β大马酮、新植二烯、β二氢大马酮、香叶基丙酮等的含量明显增加;再造烟叶感官质量明显提升,甜润感和烟气清晰度得到改善。上述结论表明,工艺加工过程对干法再造烟叶的内在品质有一定的提升作用,干法再造烟叶能很好地适应卷烟制丝线的工艺加工。
通過分析檢測榦法再造煙葉在製絲工藝過程中化學成分、煙氣常規指標、煙氣有害成分、緻香成分以及感官質量的變化,攷察工藝加工對榦法再造煙葉品質的影響,為榦法再造煙葉在捲煙中的應用提供科學依據。結果錶明:經過鬆散迴潮、加料貯葉、增溫增濕、烘絲等處理,榦法再造煙葉的總糖和還原糖含量有所增加,煙堿含量呈下降趨勢;總粒相物、焦油、CO及各有害成分的釋放量均呈下降趨勢,危害指數降低瞭4.52%;工藝加工後大部分緻香物質的總量略高于加工前,其中煙草中重要的緻香成分巨豆三烯酮、β大馬酮、新植二烯、β二氫大馬酮、香葉基丙酮等的含量明顯增加;再造煙葉感官質量明顯提升,甜潤感和煙氣清晰度得到改善。上述結論錶明,工藝加工過程對榦法再造煙葉的內在品質有一定的提升作用,榦法再造煙葉能很好地適應捲煙製絲線的工藝加工。

By analyzing the chemical indexes,smoke indexes,harmful components and aromatic components along with sensory evaluation during primary processing,the effects of primary processing on the quality of air-laid process tobacco sheet were studied with the purpose of providing scientific basic for the application of air-laid process tobacco sheet in cigarette flavoring. The results showed that after loosening and conditioning,casing and strip bulking,ordering and cut tobacco drying,the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar were slightly increased,while the nicotine content presented a decreasing tendency.The total particulate matter,TAR,CO and other harmful components also presented downtrend and the hazard index was reduced by 4.52%.After primary processing,the total contents of most aromatic components were slightly higher than that before processing.The contents of important aromatic components such as megastigmatrienone,β-damascenone, neophytadiene,β-damascone and geranylacetone were increased obviously.The sensory quality of air-laid process tobacco sheet was significantly improved,which mainly manifested as an improvement in sweet feeling and smoke clarity.It is concluded that primary processing has a promoter action on the inherent quality of air-laid process tobacco sheet and air-laid process tobacco sheet can adapt to primary processing well.
