为探讨生长期小尾寒羊日粮适宜的锌添加水平,选用40只6月龄小尾寒羊,随机分成5组(对照组和试验组Ⅰ-Ⅳ组),对照组饲喂基础日粮(锌含量26 mg/kg),Ⅰ-Ⅳ组在基础日粮中分别添加20、50、80、110 mg/kg锌,试验周期为45 d,测定小尾寒羊生产性能、屠宰性能、肉质和免疫指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组平均日增体质量分别显著提高18.18%、27.27%、13.64%;试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组料重比分别显著降低13.73%、15.66%、10.48%、8.43%。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组屠宰率分别显著提高6.47%、10.22%;试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组滴水损失分别显著降低14.59%、26.69%、19.22%;试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组 IgG含量分别显著提高31.34%、23.99%、18.63%;试验Ⅱ组IgM含量显著提高36.67%。可见,在本试验条件下,生长期小尾寒羊饲料中锌适宜添加水平为50 mg/kg。

위탐토생장기소미한양일량괄의적자첨가수평,선용40지6월령소미한양,수궤분성5조(대조조화시험조Ⅰ-Ⅳ조),대조조사위기출일량(자함량26 mg/kg),Ⅰ-Ⅳ조재기출일량중분별첨가20、50、80、110 mg/kg자,시험주기위45 d,측정소미한양생산성능、도재성능、육질화면역지표。결과표명:여대조조상비,시험Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ조평균일증체질량분별현저제고18.18%、27.27%、13.64%;시험Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ조료중비분별현저강저13.73%、15.66%、10.48%、8.43%。시험Ⅰ、Ⅱ조도재솔분별현저제고6.47%、10.22%;시험Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ조적수손실분별현저강저14.59%、26.69%、19.22%;시험Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ조 IgG함량분별현저제고31.34%、23.99%、18.63%;시험Ⅱ조IgM함량현저제고36.67%。가견,재본시험조건하,생장기소미한양사료중자괄의첨가수평위50 mg/kg。
In order to study the optimum supply of dietary zinc levels in the growing small-tail Han sheep,forty 6-month-old small-tail Han sheep were randomly assigned to five groups (the control group and the experimental groups ofⅠ-Ⅳ).The control group were fed with the basal diet(26 mg/kg zinc).The experimental groups ofⅠ-Ⅳ were fed with the basal diet+20 mg/kg zinc,basal diet+50 mg/kg zinc,basal diet+80 mg/kg zinc and basal diet+110 mg/kg zinc respectively.The experimental period lasted for 45 days.The growth performance,carcass traits, meat quality and immune capability were observed in the experimental period.The results indicated that the average daily gain(ADG)of group Ⅰ,Ⅱ andⅢ were significantly increased by 18.18%,27.27% and 13.64% than those of the control respectively.The feed∶body weight(F/G) of groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly decreased by 13.73%,15.66%,10.48% and 8.43%than those of the control respectively.The dressing percentage of group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly increased by 6.47% and 10.22% than those of the control respectively.The drip loss of meat in groupⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly decrease by 14.59%,26.69% and 19.22% than those of the control respectively.The IgG level of groupⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly increased by 31.34%,23.99% and 18.63% than those of the control respectively.The IgM level of groupⅡ were significantly increased by 3 6.6 7% than those of the control. In conclusion,the appropriate adding supply of dietary zinc levels for the growing small-tail Han sheep was 50 mg/kg at this experimental conditions.
