利用S5n 的功能标记扩增197份栽培稻微核心种质,从中筛选携带广亲和基因S5n 的材料,并检验亲和性。结果表明,共筛选到11份(湖恢628、本邦谷、毫补卡、小红谷、饭毫皮、飞蛾糯2、特青选恢、包协7B、毫马克(K)、清可、老造谷)含有S5n特异带型的水稻种质,将其与籼稻9311和粳稻日本晴杂交,其F1结实率均高于75%,表现广亲和性。这批广亲和性材料可为籼粳亚种间的优势利用及品种选育提供更多的可利用资源。

이용S5n 적공능표기확증197빈재배도미핵심충질,종중사선휴대엄친화기인S5n 적재료,병검험친화성。결과표명,공사선도11빈(호회628、본방곡、호보잡、소홍곡、반호피、비아나2、특청선회、포협7B、호마극(K)、청가、로조곡)함유S5n특이대형적수도충질,장기여선도9311화갱도일본청잡교,기F1결실솔균고우75%,표현엄친화성。저비엄친화성재료가위선갱아충간적우세이용급품충선육제공경다적가이용자원。
In this study,197 mini-core germplasms of cultivated rice were screened using S5n function markers,1 1 genotypes with wide compatibility S5n gene were confirmed which were Huhui 628,Benbanggu,Haobuka,Xiaohonggu,Fanhaopi,Feienuo 2,Teqingxuanhui,Baoxie-7B, Haomake,Qingke and Laozaogu,and their compatibility were verified by crossing them with typical indica 9311 and japonica Nipponbare.The result indicated that the fertility of all the F1 was above 7 5%,presenting the wide compatibility.These wide compatibility materials provided more available resources for utilizing subspecies heterosis and breeding new varieties.
