目的：观察慢性胃溃疡患者接受针对性护理的临床效果。方法取收治的70例慢性胃溃疡患者为本次研究对象，随机均分为对照组与实验组各35例，其中对照组接受基础护理，实验组则开展针对性护理。观察两组胃治疗有效率、护理满意度以及溃疡复发率。结果与对照组相比，实验组治疗总有效率更高，护理满意度更高，胃溃疡复发率更低，组间差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论对于慢性胃溃疡患者而言，针对性护理模式有利于巩固和改善治疗效果，提高护理满意度，降低复发率，具有积极的临床意义。
목적：관찰만성위궤양환자접수침대성호리적림상효과。방법취수치적70례만성위궤양환자위본차연구대상，수궤균분위대조조여실험조각35례，기중대조조접수기출호리，실험조칙개전침대성호리。관찰량조위치료유효솔、호리만의도이급궤양복발솔。결과여대조조상비，실험조치료총유효솔경고，호리만의도경고，위궤양복발솔경저，조간차이구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론대우만성위궤양환자이언，침대성호리모식유리우공고화개선치료효과，제고호리만의도，강저복발솔，구유적겁적림상의의。
Objective To observe chronic gastric ulcer patients accept targeted nursing clinical effect.Methods In our hospital 70 cases of patients with chronic gastric ulcer as the study object, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 35 cases of control group accepted basic nursing, the experimental group to carry out targeted nursing.Observation two groups of stomach treatment efficient and nursing satisfaction and ulcer recurrence.Results Compared with control group, treatment group total effectiveness is higher, higher nursing satisfaction, gastric ulcer re-currence rate is lower, the difference between groups with statistical significance ( P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with chronic gastric ulcer, targeted nursing mode is conducive to consolidate and improve the treatment effect, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the recurrence rate, positive clinical significance, is worth popularization and use.
