以2,2’-二甲基-4,4’-亚甲基双(环己胺)(DMDC)、癸二酸和11-氨基十一酸为单体,采用熔融缩聚的方法合成了透明癸二酰[2,2’-二甲基-4,4’-亚甲基双(环己胺)]-11-氨基十一酸共聚酰胺(PADMDC10/11)。利用特性黏度、红外光谱、透光率和差示扫描量热法测试对产物进行表征分析。结果表明,合成的PADMDC10/11是非晶态的。PADMDC10盐的物质的量分数由60%增加到100%时,透明PADMDC10/11的特性黏度都在1.0 dL/g左右,玻璃化转变温度由126℃上升到165℃,透光率由86.2%上升到91.4%,表明PADMDC10/11具有良好的耐热性能和透明性能。

Taking 2,2’-dimethyl-4,4’-methylenebis(cyclohexylamine)(DMDC),sebacic acid and 11-aminoundecanoic acid as the monomers,transparent 2,2’-dimethyl-4,4’-methylenebis(cyclohexyl) sebacamide-11-aminoundecanoic acid copolyamide(PADMDC10/11) was synthesized through the process of melt polycondensation. PADMDC10/11 was characterized and analyzed by means of intrinsic viscosity,infrared spectrum,light transmittance and differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that PADMDC10/11 is amorphous. With the amount of substance of PADMDC10 salt fraction increase from 60%to 100%,the intrinsic viscosity of transparent PADMDC10/11 is around 1.0 dL/g,the glass transition temperature increases from 126℃to 165℃,the transmittance increases from 86.2%to 91.4%,which showes that the PADMDC10/11 has well heat resistance properties and transparency properties.
