目的：探讨中老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术和骨折内固定术临床疗效情况。方法分析本院收治的中老年股骨颈骨折患者89例临床资料，中老年股骨颈骨折患者根据治疗方式的不同进行分组，骨折内固定术组39例和全髋关节置换术组50例。结果全髋关节置换术组中老年股骨颈骨折患者手术时间、术中出血量均高于骨折内固定术组，全髋关节置换术组术后功能恢复时间明显低于骨折内固定术组，全髋关节置换术组中老年股骨颈骨折患者的术后功能优良率明显高于骨折内固定术组，P＜0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论全髋关节置换术治疗中老年股骨颈骨折患者临床效果明显，预后功能恢复良好。
목적：탐토중노년고골경골절전관관절치환술화골절내고정술림상료효정황。방법분석본원수치적중노년고골경골절환자89례림상자료，중노년고골경골절환자근거치료방식적불동진행분조，골절내고정술조39례화전관관절치환술조50례。결과전관관절치환술조중노년고골경골절환자수술시간、술중출혈량균고우골절내고정술조，전관관절치환술조술후공능회복시간명현저우골절내고정술조，전관관절치환술조중노년고골경골절환자적술후공능우량솔명현고우골절내고정술조，P＜0．05，차이유통계학의의。결론전관관절치환술치료중노년고골경골절환자림상효과명현，예후공능회복량호。
Objective To approach clinical result of quinquagenarian fracture of neck of femur by replacement of to-tal hip and internal fixation of fracture.Methods To analyze 89 cases clinical data of quinquagenarian fracture of neck of femur patients in our hospital bone surgery from 2012.11 to 2014.1,which was to be divided into internal fixation of fracture group 39 cases and replacement of total hip group 50 cases.Results The operation time,Intraoperative blood loss of quinquagenarian fracture of neck of femur of replacement of total hip group were higher than internal fixation of fracture group,the Postoperative function recovery time of replacement of total hip group were lower than internal fixation of fracture group,the rate of good postoperative function of replacement of total hip group were better than internal fixation of fracture group,P<0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusions The clinical result of quinquagenar-ian fracture of neck of femur by replacement of total hip were obviousy,prognosis of functional recovery was good.
