目的：探讨利用尿钙作为评定学龄前儿童营养状况的指标，并分析其与幼儿智商、骨骼发育及龋齿的关系。方法通过对3～6岁共246名学龄前儿童的身高、体重、胸围、头围、皮质厚度等营养状况及其相关因素尿钙、儿童智力发育、龋均等项目的检测并做相关分析。结果身高、体重、头围、胸围、龋均随年龄增加而增高，各年龄组儿童尿钙均值均高于临界值，在正常范围内。尿钙与骨骼在4岁年龄组关系较密切。结论龋均有随尿钙增加而减少的趋势，提示钙与龋齿的形成有一定关系。
목적：탐토이용뇨개작위평정학령전인동영양상황적지표，병분석기여유인지상、골격발육급우치적관계。방법통과대3～6세공246명학령전인동적신고、체중、흉위、두위、피질후도등영양상황급기상관인소뇨개、인동지력발육、우균등항목적검측병주상관분석。결과신고、체중、두위、흉위、우균수년령증가이증고，각년령조인동뇨개균치균고우림계치，재정상범위내。뇨개여골격재4세년령조관계교밀절。결론우균유수뇨개증가이감소적추세，제시개여우치적형성유일정관계。
[ Absrtact] Obj ective To explore the use of urine calcium as evaluation of the nutritional status of preschool children index, and analyze the relationship between its and children′s IQ, skeletal development and dental caries.Methods The 3~6 year-old a total of 246 preschool children′s height, weight, chest circumference, head circumference, corti-cal thickness and other nutritional status and related factors of urinary calcium, children′s intellectual development, the detection of caries in equal project and correlation analysis.Results The height, weight, head circumference, chest circumference, average caries increased with age, the age groups of children urinary calcium were higher than average critical value, in the normal range. Urinary calcium and bone in the age group of 4 relatively close relation-ship.Conclusions The caries has increased with the increased urinary calcium and decreasing trend , there is a certain relationship between formation suggests that calcium and dental caries.
