目的：分析茶多酚液与甲硝唑液辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法选取2013年1月～12月收治的慢性牙周炎患者46例，随机分为茶多酚液组和甲硝唑液组。检测患者在治疗前、治疗一周后和停药一周三个时间点的菌斑指数（ PLI）、龈沟出血指数（ SBI）、附着丧失（ AL）程度及龈沟液（ GCF）的值并进行疗效评价。结果对比两组结果后发现，PLI、SBI、GCF指标差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；两组AL指标的对比，差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0．05）；两组患者疗效评价对比，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论茶多酚液与甲硝唑液在辅助治疗慢性牙周炎上均有一定疗效，但茶多酚液为天然绿色药品，较甲硝唑液具有便宜、方便、无副作用等特点，值得作为治疗慢性牙周炎的辅助用药。
목적：분석다다분액여갑초서액보조치료만성아주염적료효。방법선취2013년1월～12월수치적만성아주염환자46례，수궤분위다다분액조화갑초서액조。검측환자재치료전、치료일주후화정약일주삼개시간점적균반지수（ PLI）、간구출혈지수（ SBI）、부착상실（ AL）정도급간구액（ GCF）적치병진행료효평개。결과대비량조결과후발현，PLI、SBI、GCF지표차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；량조AL지표적대비，차이불구유통계학의의（P＞0．05）；량조환자료효평개대비，차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론다다분액여갑초서액재보조치료만성아주염상균유일정료효，단다다분액위천연록색약품，교갑초서액구유편의、방편、무부작용등특점，치득작위치료만성아주염적보조용약。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of the tea polyphenols and metronidazole in adjuvant therapy of chronic periodontitis.Methods 46 cases of patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from January 2013 to De-cember 2013 were divided randomly into two groups, one with metronidazole, and the other tea polyphenols.The PLI/SBI/AL/GCF indexes were tested before the treatment, one week after the treatment started and one week after it ended for evaluating the effect.Results Comparing the PLI/SBI/GCF indexes, all the differences were statistically significant, P<0.05.Comparing the AL index, the difference wasn′t statistically significant, P>0.05.Comparing the efficacy, the differences was statistically significant, P<0.05.Conclusions Both the tea polyphenols and metronidazole are effective in adjuvant therapy of chronic periodontitis.But the tea polyphenols is natural and green which is cheaper, more conven-ient and has less side-effect than the metronidazole so it′s worth being used as an adjuvant drug to treat chronic peri-odontitis.
