目的:优选仙方清咽颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验方法,以加水倍量、提取时间、提取次数为影响因素,以浸膏得率及提取物中绿原酸含量为指标,优选仙方清咽颗粒提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加10倍量的水提取2次,每次煮沸后提取20 min。结论该方法简便、快速,且优选出的工艺稳定可行。

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Xianfangqingyan Granules. Methods The extraction was optimized by the orthogonal experiment with the times amount of adding water, extraction time and extraction times as the influencing factors and the ex-tract yield and the chlorogenic acid content as the indicators. Results The optimal extraction technology was adding 10-fold amount of water, extracting twice, extracting for 20 min each time after boiling. Conclusion This method is convenient and rapid, and the optimized extraction technology is stable and feasible.
