目的：建立消肿止痛膏的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱（TLC）法对方中白芷、当归、细辛、姜黄进行定性鉴别。用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法对白芷中有效成分欧前胡素进行定量测定，填充剂为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶，甲醇－水（55：45）为流动相，流速1.0 mL/min，检测波长300 nm。结果 TLC法鉴别白芷、细辛、姜黄，斑点清晰，分离度好，易于区别；欧前胡素平均加样回收率为97.87%，RSD=2.55%( n=6)。结论所建立的标准可用于消肿止痛膏的质量控制。
목적：건립소종지통고적질량표준。방법용박층색보（TLC）법대방중백지、당귀、세신、강황진행정성감별。용고효액상색보（HPLC）법대백지중유효성분구전호소진행정량측정，전충제위십팔완기규완건합규효，갑순－수（55：45）위류동상，류속1.0 mL/min，검측파장300 nm。결과 TLC법감별백지、세신、강황，반점청석，분리도호，역우구별；구전호소평균가양회수솔위97.87%，RSD=2.55%( n=6)。결론소건립적표준가용우소종지통고적질량공제。
Objective To set up the quality standard of Xiaozhong Zhitong Plaster. Methods TLC was applied in the qualitative identi-fication of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Asari Radix Et Rhizoma and Curcumae Longae Rhizoma, while HPLC was adopted to quantitatively determine the imperatorin content in Angelicae Dahuricae Radix. Octadecylsilane bonded silica served as the filler, methanol-water ( 55 :45 ) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 300 nm. Results Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Asari Radix Et Rhizoma and Curcumae Longae Rhizoma could be identified by TLC with clear spots and good separation, which was easy to be distinguished;the average recovery rate of imperatorin was 97. 87%, RSD=2. 5%( n=6 ) . Conclusion The established standard can be used in the quality control of Xiaozhong Zhitong Plaster.
