建立了高效液相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱测定乳制品食品模拟物中双酚A的检测方法。以Agilent C18色谱柱进行分离,甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),多反映监测(MRM)负离子模式进行扫描。在选定的试验条件下,目标物的峰面积和质量浓度在1μg/L~60μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,最低检出限为0.20μg/L。
建立瞭高效液相色譜串聯三重四級桿質譜測定乳製品食品模擬物中雙酚A的檢測方法。以Agilent C18色譜柱進行分離,甲醇-水為流動相梯度洗脫,採用電噴霧離子源(ESI),多反映鑑測(MRM)負離子模式進行掃描。在選定的試驗條件下,目標物的峰麵積和質量濃度在1μg/L~60μg/L範圍內呈良好的線性關繫,最低檢齣限為0.20μg/L。

A high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectarometric was established for the determination of Bisphcnol A migration in dairy food simulants. Agilent C18 chromatographic column was used for separate, and the methanol-water was used as mobile phase.Then the analysis was carried out under the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) .The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1 μg/L-60μg/L. The limits of detection of Bisphcnol A was 0.20μg/L.
