目的:观察母牛分枝杆菌菌苗辅助抗结核治疗结核性多浆膜腔积液的疗效。方法将96例结核性多浆膜腔积液患者按随机分组方法分为观察组47例和对照组49例,两组均采用3HREZ/15HRE方案进行抗结核治疗,观察组在此基础上加用母牛分支杆菌菌苗肌肉注射。结果观察组治愈32例(68.09%),有效13例(27.66%),无效2例(4.26%);对照组治愈20例(40.82%),有效20例(40.82%),无效9例(18.36%)。观察组治愈率明显高于对照组( P<0.05)。结论在传统抗结核药物治疗结核性多浆膜腔积液的基础上,联合使用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗,疗效明显优于单纯的传统抗结核药物治疗。

Objective To observe the effect of Mycobacterium vaccae vaccine in auxiliary anti-tuberculosis treatment of tuberculous pol-yserositis. Methods 96 cases of tuberculous polyserositis were randomized divided into the observation group ( 47 cases ) and the control group ( 49 cases ) . The two groups were treated by the 3HREZ/15HRE anti-tuberculosis treatment schemes. On this basis the observa-tion group was add with Mycobacterium vaccae vaccine by intramuscular injection. Results Among 47 cases in the observation group, 32 cases ( 68. 09%) were cured, 13 cases ( 27. 66%) were effective and 2 cases ( 4. 26%) were ineffective;among 49 cases in the con-trol group, 20 cases ( 40. 82%) were cured, 20 cases ( 40. 82%) were effective and 9 cases ( 18. 36% ) were ineffective, the cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group with statistical difference ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion The com-bination use of Mycobacterium vaccae vaccine and the traditional anti-tuberculosis drugs has significantly better effect than the tradi-tional anti-tuberculosis drugs alone for treating tuberculous polyserositis.
