建立大孔树脂分离纯化枳椇总皂苷的工艺。通过比较8种大孔树脂对枳椇提取液的静态吸附率和解析率,优选一种,进一步考察其分离枳椇总皂苷的吸附性能和洗脱参数。优选LSA-21大孔树脂,采用本实验确定的工艺参数枳椇总皂苷的纯度可由原样的6%提升到45%,纯化效果较好。

To study the separation and purification process of total saponins in Hovenia dulcis with macropore resin. Static adsorption rate and analytic extract comparison of 8 kinds of macroporous resin on the rate of Hovenia dulcis, choose the best to further study its adsorption properties andelution parameters. The result was LSA-21 macroporous resin was the best,total saponins of Hovenia dulcis purity can increase by 6%to 45%.
