目的：比较茵陈蒿汤颗粒剂与汤剂治疗肝胆湿热型慢性乙型肝炎（简称乙肝）的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各36例。治疗组采用茵陈蒿汤汤剂治疗，对照组采用茵陈蒿汤颗粒剂治疗，观察两组患者临床症状、体征、肝功能及疗效等。结果两组患者治疗后症状体征均得到明显改善，丙氨酸氨基转移酶( ALT )、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶( AST )、总胆红素( TBIL )、乙肝病毒DNA ( HBV－DNA )水平均显著下降（ P<0.05或 P<0.01），但组间比较差异无显著性。临床总有效率和证候疗效组间比较，差异无显著性。结论茵陈蒿汤颗粒剂及其汤剂治疗肝胆湿热型慢性乙肝均具有保护肝脏、增加胆汁排泄的功效，且疗效相当，但颗粒剂较方便，值得临床推广。
목적：비교인진호탕과립제여탕제치료간담습열형만성을형간염（간칭을간）적림상료효。방법장72례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，각36례。치료조채용인진호탕탕제치료，대조조채용인진호탕과립제치료，관찰량조환자림상증상、체정、간공능급료효등。결과량조환자치료후증상체정균득도명현개선，병안산안기전이매( ALT )、천문동안산안기전이매( AST )、총담홍소( TBIL )、을간병독DNA ( HBV－DNA )수평균현저하강（ P<0.05혹 P<0.01），단조간비교차이무현저성。림상총유효솔화증후료효조간비교，차이무현저성。결론인진호탕과립제급기탕제치료간담습열형만성을간균구유보호간장、증가담즙배설적공효，차료효상당，단과립제교방편，치득림상추엄。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of Yinchenhao granules and decoction in treating chronic hepatitis B with liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome. Methods 72 patients with chronic hepatitis B with liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome were randomLy divided into the control group and the treatment group,36 cases in each group. The treatment group adopted Yinchenhao Decoction,while the control group was treated by Yinchenhao Granules. And the clinical symptoms,signs,liver function and the curative effect were observed. Results The symptoms and signs after treatment in the two groups were obviously improved. The level of ALT, AST,TBIL and HBV-DNA were significantly reduced( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01),but without statistically significant differences between the two groups. The clinical total effective rate had no statistical difference between the symptom curative effect groups. Conclusion Both the Yinchenhao granules and decoction can protect the liver and increase the bile excretion in treating chronic hepatitis B with liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome. The curative effect of the two kinds of formulation is similar,but the granules formulation is more convenient and worthy of clinical promotion.
