目的：比较暖宫孕子胶囊联合克罗米芬与补佳乐联合克罗米芬治疗排卵性不孕的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为3组，各40例，共监测306周期。A组单用克罗米芬，B组予补佳乐联合克罗米芬，C组予暖宫孕子胶囊联合克罗米芬，于排卵前后阴道彩超监测卵泡大小、子宫内膜厚度及内膜类型，并随访临床妊娠率。结果3组在内膜厚度、类型、临床妊娠率等方面差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），B组和C组优于A组( P<0.05)，但B组和C组之间无显著性差异。B组和C组妊娠率明显高于A组（ P<0.05）。结论暖宫孕子胶囊联合克罗米芬能改善单用克罗米芬的高排卵低妊娠率现象，疗效与补佳乐联合克罗米芬相似，但无补佳乐所致雌激素相关不良反应，适用人群更广。
목적：비교난궁잉자효낭연합극라미분여보가악연합극라미분치료배란성불잉적림상료효。방법장120례환자수궤분위3조，각40례，공감측306주기。A조단용극라미분，B조여보가악연합극라미분，C조여난궁잉자효낭연합극라미분，우배란전후음도채초감측란포대소、자궁내막후도급내막류형，병수방림상임신솔。결과3조재내막후도、류형、림상임신솔등방면차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），B조화C조우우A조( P<0.05)，단B조화C조지간무현저성차이。B조화C조임신솔명현고우A조（ P<0.05）。결론난궁잉자효낭연합극라미분능개선단용극라미분적고배란저임신솔현상，료효여보가악연합극라미분상사，단무보가악소치자격소상관불량반응，괄용인군경엄。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of Nuangong Yunzi Capsule combined with clomiphene and progynova combined with clomiphene in treating ovulatory infertility. Methods 120 patients with ovulatory infertility were randomly divided into 3 groups with 40 cases in each group and performed the 306 menstrual cycles monitoring. The group A was given single clomiphene,the group B took clomiphene combined with progynova and the group C was given clomiphene combined with Nuangong Yunzi Capsule. The size of ovarian follicle,endometrial thickness and type before and after ovulation were monitored by the color ultrasound and the clinical pregnancy rate was followed up. Results The size of ovarian follicle,endometrial thickness and type,and pregnancy rate had statistical differences among 3 groups ( P < 0. 05 ) ,the group B and C were superior to the group A ( P < 0. 05 ) ,but the difference between the group B and C had no statistical significance. The pregnancy rate in the group B and C was significantly higher than that in the group A ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Nuangong Yunzi Capsule combined with clomiphene can improve the phenomenon of high ovulation and low pregnancy in single use of clomiphene,its effect is similar to that of progynova combined with clomiphene,but without estrogen related adverse reactions caused by progynova,the suitable crowd is broader.
