目的：观察天麻葛根汤治疗颈椎病性眩晕症的临床疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将76例颈椎病性眩晕症患者随机分为研究组和对照组，各38例。对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊联合盐酸倍他司汀口服液治疗，研究组采用天麻葛根汤治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应。结果研究组患者中痊愈20例，有效17例，总有效率为97.37%；对照组患者中痊愈17例，有效15例，总有效率为84.21%。两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=3.93，P<0.05）。研究组患者中出现胃肠道不适2例，恶心、呕吐2例，经对症处理后好转；对照组患者中出现恶心、呕吐1例，胃肠道不适1例；两组患者均未出现明显的血常规、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂、心电图异常。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较无明显差异（χ2=0.32，P>0.05）。结论天麻葛根汤可通过扩张血管改善颈椎病性眩晕症患者的血流动力学，疗效优于西药，且不良反应发生率低，值得临床推广。

목적：관찰천마갈근탕치료경추병성현훈증적림상료효。방법안조수궤수자표법장76례경추병성현훈증환자수궤분위연구조화대조조，각38례。대조조채용염산불계리진효낭연합염산배타사정구복액치료，연구조채용천마갈근탕치료，비교량조환자적림상치료효과급불량반응。결과연구조환자중전유20례，유효17례，총유효솔위97.37%；대조조환자중전유17례，유효15례，총유효솔위84.21%。량조총유효솔비교，차이유통계학의의（χ2=3.93，P<0.05）。연구조환자중출현위장도불괄2례，악심、구토2례，경대증처리후호전；대조조환자중출현악심、구토1례，위장도불괄1례；량조환자균미출현명현적혈상규、간신공능、혈당、혈지、심전도이상。량조환자적불량반응발생솔비교무명현차이（χ2=0.32，P>0.05）。결론천마갈근탕가통과확장혈관개선경추병성현훈증환자적혈류동역학，료효우우서약，차불량반응발생솔저，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tianma Gegen Decoction in treating cervical vertigo. Methods 76 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by random number table,38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules combined with Betahistine Hydrochloride Oral Solution,while the study group was treated with Tianma Gegen Decoction. The clinical therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group,20 cases were cured,17 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 97. 37%;while in the control group,17 cases were cured,15 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 84. 21%,the differences between the two groups had statistical significance(χ2=3. 93,P < 0. 05). In the study group after treatment,there were 2 cases of gastrointestinal dis-comfort and 2 cases of nausea and vomiting,they were improved after the symptomatic treatment;in the control group,1 case appeared nausea and vomiting and 1 case developed gastrointestinal discomfort;the two groups had no obvious abnormality of blood routine,liver and kidney function,blood glucose,blood lipid and ECG. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions had no statistically significant differ-ences between the two groups(χ2=0. 32,P > 0. 05). Conclusion Tianma Gegen Decoction can improve the hemodynamics in the pa-tients with cervical vertigo by expanding blood vessels,its curative effect is superior to the Western medicines with low occurrence rate of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
