建立了HPLC测定葡萄酒中白藜芦醇含量的方法,采用色谱柱:THERMO C18(4.6×25 mm,5μm),检测波长:30 nm,流量:1.0 mL/min,进样量:20μL,流动相水-乙腈为65∶35。结果表明:白藜芦醇在0~5μg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系,Y=183298X+15201.8(0~5μg/mL)(R2=0.9996)。平均回收率99.7%,RSD=0.75%。本方法简单,快速、准确、重现性好,可以用作葡萄酒中白藜芦醇的含量测定,为评价葡萄酒的品质提供依据。

To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination content of Resveratrol in wine,20μL samples were tested on a thermo C18 column using water and acetonitrile (65∶35) as mobile phase was with flow rate of 1.0mL/min at 306 nm.The results showed that Resveratrol concentration had good liner relationship within the range of 0-5μg/mL (Y=183 298X+15 201.8,0-5μg/mL,R2=0.999 6). The average recovery was 99.7%with RSD of 0.75%.The method of detection content of Resveratrol in wine by HPLC was simple, fast, accurate, and precise, which could be used to determine content of Resveratrol in wine.To provide the basis for the evaluation of the quality of the wine.
